Friday Night Lights

—Little Laxers & Training—

Join us this fall for Friday Night Lights, where kids of all ages can learn to play, improve skills, and have fun! Our experienced coaches will guide you through drills and games. Sign up now! Choose from:

Little Laxers

  • Ages 4–8
  • Coed
  • Learn the basics of lacrosse including throwing, catching, ground balls, and more
  • No equipment needed
 Boys & Girls Training

  • Ages 8–14 (or younger with experience)
  • Practice your lax and improve your skills
  • Full pads and equipment required
    • Girls: Stick, goggles, mouthguard, cleats (helmet optional)
    • Boys: Stick, helmet, shoulder pads, elbow pads, gloves, mouth guard, cleats
  • When: September 18–October 23, 6:15–7:30pm
  • Cost: $150 for 6 sessions
  • Where: Seacrest Sports Complex, 2505 Seacrest Blvd, Delray Beach, FL 33444
